forklift attachment Precautions

All  kinds of accessories consist of short piston hydraulic cylinders, high  pressure hoses, hose reels, quick connectors, circular seals, and  accessories. These parts can be cleaned and maintained by referring to general hydraulic parts. In  addition to the use of accessories, attention should be paid to the  abnormal phenomena such as oil leakage and cracking of the piping  system, and in particular, the permissible load, lifting height, size of  the goods, the scope of application of the fittings, and the width of  the operation should be Strictly according to the performance parameters of the attachment, it can neither overload nor offset. For  the partial load operation, forklifts with small and medium tonnages  and belts, the short-term partial load range should be within +-150mm.
In the use of a forklift, the thickness and fork length of the paired two prongs should be approximately equal. After the two forks are put on the forks, the upper surface of the forks should be kept in the same plane. Must  strictly abide by the operating procedures, do not allow overloaded or  long-distance transport of goods; and then transporting objects that can  not be determined for a long or center of gravity, there must be  someone to direct and be extra careful. When  using the fork fork cargo, the fork distance should be suitable for the  width of the load. The fork should be inserted as deep as possible  under the load. Use the smallest gantry to tilt the load to stabilize  the load. Prevent the load from sliding backwards. When lowering the  load, make the gantry small. Lean forward to safely lay down the cargo and pull out the forks. During  operation, the fork should be as low speed as possible, from 30 to 40mm  from the ground, the mast should be tilted properly, and the forks must  not be raised or lowered during driving. No turning on slopes or across  gradients is allowed. The  fork picks up the pallet and unloads the cargo; the fork is not allowed  to directly carry dangerous goods and flammable goods; it is not  allowed to use a single fork operation or inertial force for forklift;  nor can it use the braking inertia to slip round or Easy to roll goods.
